The Fit Dad Program is designed to help you fitter, stronger and get in shape to keep up with your kids.
The program updates every 4 weeks automatically in your training app and you will notice with each program change that you will continue to lose body fat, build lean muscle, feel better and have more energy.
The 5-Day Program is a balanced full body program that can be scaled to any fitness and strength ability.
We recommend doing this program in the gym as you will need access to a barbbell + basic machines but you can do it at home with a set of adjustable Dumbbells and Resistance bands if you don't have access to a gym.
Each program has instructional "how-to" videos so that you know exactly how to execute the exercises and you are welcome to send through training videos for feedback.
